Refund policy

If your product is faulty or incorrect:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Use our contact form to start a return.

How we process returns:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your card within a few days. Include your order number on the return parcel so we can identify it.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not received your refund, check your bank account and credit card statement. If it still does not appear after a few days, contact your bank. Refunds may take some time to appear in your account. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us through our contact form.

Exchanges:

We only replace faulty or damaged products. Use our contact form to request an exchange.

Return shipping costs:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Delivery times for replacement products may vary.

Shipping details and incorrect addresses:

Check your shipping details carefully and enter the correct address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address and do not issue refunds in these cases.

Uncollected parcels:

You are responsible for collecting your parcel on time from the collection point or delivery address. If you do not collect it and it is returned to our warehouse, we are not responsible for its condition or quality when it arrives. We may charge you SEK 300 for return shipping and storage. Collect your parcel on time to avoid this fee.

Order cancellations:

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellation after 24 hours.
