All prices on the website exclude VAT.

SHIPPING COSTS
All prices in our store include shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout. Additional import duties and taxes may apply and will be charged when your shipment reaches the delivery address. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they will be. Many of our orders ship directly from China. 

TRANSIT AND HANDLING TIMES
Delivery generally takes 6-15 days, but times may vary due to public holidays, courier schedules and other factors.

CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
We cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit. Contact us using the form on our contact page. 

CANCELLATIONS
We do not allow cancellations. See our refund and exchange policy for more information.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you notice that a parcel was damaged in transit, refuse delivery from the courier if possible and contact our customer service team. If the parcel was delivered while you were away, contact customer service using the form on our contact page.
